The 240 acre biodynamic farm and vineyard, Mineral Springs Ranch, is home to Soter Vineyards located east of Carlton, Oregon in the Northern Willamette Valley established in 1997 by Tony and Michelle Soter who are native to Oregon. Mineral Springs Ranch with its impressive views of the surrounding Yamhill-Carlton District is open for visits year around by appointment and offers a choice from the seated, guided Classic Tasting experience or the Provisions tasting that comes with an array of exquisitely created small plates. The focus of Soter Vineyards is on Pinot noir and chardonnay where Tony Soter has revealed a dedication to the craft of innovative winegrowing, exhibiting a genius in producing award winning wines that make Soter Vineyards an exceptional experience in Willamette Valley wine tours.
